    Previously, Mr. Rockefeller served as a director at The Walt Disney Company, a board member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a member of the board of the Carnegie Hall Corporation, and vice chairman and board member of the United States International Business Council. He has also held positions as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, chairman of the Federal Advisory Council, co-chair of the Partnership for New York City, chairman of the board of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), and co-chair of the Business Committee at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. John Rockefeller was born in the United States and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Stanford University, as well as an MBA from Columbia University.

Prior to joining Acacia Gold, Soliya Mili served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Burberry Group for four years and before that she spent five years in leadership and executive roles at American Express. She holds a Master's degree in Business Studies from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Laws and postgraduate degrees from University College Cork.
